Hot Dog Monday as fun as MNF

Game days and hot dogs are a marriage made in heaven. Now your usual hot dogs with Mustard, Ketchup & Relish are – well usual. Use the following toppings to create a whole new experience with hot dogs.

3 of my favorite Hot Dog toppings –

1.       Chopped peach, Jalapenos, Cilantro Chutney, Chives.

2.       Mayo, Ketchup, Mustard, Avocado, 3 Mexican cheese blends.

3.       Lettuce, Red Onions, Avocado, Jalapenos, Spicy Salsa.

Regular hot dogs go with a light lager or a pilsner. Hot dogs with toppings deserve something heavier – like the TJs dark ale on lees – their annual vintage ale has never disappointed.

Thought of the day – use wheat buns and kosher dogs for the perfect combination as base for hot dogs with toppings.
